Waste To Energy Incinerators More Advanced Than 1970′s
Utility Exchange has reported in the past about proposed waste to energy plants and the opposition against them from local residents – e.g. See: http://www.utility-exchange.co.uk/2010/05/incinerator-plan-finally-gets-public-inquiry/. The Daily Telegraph reports that the same amount of renewable electricity comes from incinerators as from wind farms – about 1.5%.
