Outsourcery makes Comms National Award finals
Nominated by its customer Pall-Ex – a leading pallet distribution business – Outsourcery, the UK’s leading provider of integrated channel solutions which covers mobile-centric unified communications and hosted IT solutions for SMEs – has been named as a finalist in the Comms National Awards ‘Hosted Communications Solution of the Year – SME’ category.
The award category is sponsored by BT Wholesale and recognises those solutions being built around hosted applications and business services. Judges in the ‘Hosted Communications Solution of the Year – SME’ category will be looking for business applications that have been based around traditional IP technologies and significantly help a client to be more effective and dynamic in its operations.
Gaining their nomination, Outsourcery had delivered hosted solutions including Microsoft Exchange, SharePoint and Dynamics CRM, to customer Pall-Ex allowing the business to improve its customer communications – upgrading from an email-based record management system to a more robust, scalable database solution.
Pall-Ex also implemented Outsourcery’s Professional Services for Exchange and CRM, getting their business along with their member companies to use the service promptly – Outsourcery also providing the training for Pall-Ex staff on the day-to-day management of the solutions.
Outsourcery even supported Pall-Ex through their Partner Portal by providing white label literature, marketing materials and full invoice breakdowns giving Pall-Ex the essential documentation they need to service their customers and member companies.
Joining Outsourcery as finalists are Excell Group and Spiritel, where the winner will be announced at the industry’s most prestigious event, organised by BPL and Comms Dealer Magazine, on October 1st at a ceremony held at the London Hilton on Park Lane.
