O2 Runs Out Of Apple iPhone 3GS Models
O2 has run out of models of the new iPhone, the iPhone 3GS, reports telegraph.co.uk. O2 reports that they have sold out of both the 16GB and 32GB 3GS models of the new Apple iPhone.
Some O2 shops have not had the 3GS models for around two weeks and an O2 spokesman said the device was very popular. The O2 website has also run out of the new model iPhone.
Appleās senior vice president said back in July that they were unable to make enough iPhone 3GS due to high demand.
The O2 store in London said they were expecting the iPhones to be delivered by the end of this week or the beginning of next week.
The fact that Orange and Vodafone have just signed deals with Apple to supply the iPhone has raised doubts that Apple will not be able to supply enough of the smartphones to the new suppliers.
